Mini- and Micro-size Fiber Optic Fusion Splice Protection Sleeves are designed to fit smaller areas for fiber optic splice storage.Micro Sleeves will only accommodate 250um coated optical fibers and have after-shrink diameter of 1.2mm,Mini Sleeves will accommodated 900um or 250um coated optical fibers and have after-shrink diameter of 2.0mm

Fusion splice protection sleeves provide vital protection at the fused juncture between too fusion spliced optical fibers.In addition to providing a substitute for the original fiber optic cable jacket,splice protection sleeves provide a degress of rigidity that prevents the spliced area from bending or flexing.
